Dr Per-Åke Franck, chairman
Dr. Franck (b. 1953) is General Manager at CIT Industriell Energianalys AB, a Chalmers Industriteknik company, and chairman of the board in NordIQ. He holds since 1986 a PhD in heat and power technology.
Dr Franck has long international experience of efficiency improvements in industry, and have been head of research in the Nordic Council of Ministers and OECD/IEA.

Matts Lindgren, CEO
Mr Lindgren, (b. 1954) is Master of Science Electrical Engineering, is CEO and one of the two founders of NordIQ. Mr Lindgren has 15 years of experience from business development, management, and systems engineering. Peter Gummérus, member, Head of Engineering
Dr Gummérus (b. 1955) holds since 1990 a PhD in Analysis of District Heating Stations. He is Director of Engineering and one of the two founders of NordIQ.
He has international experience of design and installation in e.g. China, Continental Europe and Scandinavia. He designed ISAC, the standard analysis tool for substation designers.

Architect SAR/MSA (b 1963), founder and CEO of KANOZI Architects. Mr Norén have build a solid experience of management as the responsible architect for many international projects at KANOZI, Winhgårds and Utfors.
